Chicken Frenzy anyone??haha
I swear in the name of the CHICKEN, I'll always enjoyed it and its kind no matter what~!
My mom used to cook Black Pepper Chicken to our family..It was REALLY DELICIOUS!!!
But, then she didn't make it anymore because she forgotten how to make it...
I miss her BPC..short-form??weird much..haha
Fortunately, yesterday my housemate and 1 made it!!
Actually it was "Ayam masak kicap", but from the way it taste, it's BPC!!!
YEAH~YEAH~~

Okay, back to the main topic guys...
Wanna try to make BPC anyone?? C'mon give it a try..
Things that you may need:
- 1 [8 oz] skinless & boneless chicken breast. (cut into thin strips)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce (use 1 tablespoon to marinate chicken)
- 1 teaspoon freshly milled black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
- 2 tablespoons oil
Things that you need to do:
Marinate the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for 10 minutes. Heat up a wok and add cooking oil. When the cooking oil is hot, add the slices onions and quickly stir-fry until the aromatic and follow by the bell pepper and black pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minutes and add in the chicken strips. Continue to stir-fry until the chicken is cooked. Add in soy sauce , maggi sauce, sugar and continue to stir-fry until the onion are caramelized. Dish out and serve out.
The results are...Bring in the drum rolls~~barabarabarabarabara....TAADAA!!
Urrgghh~~ I'm drooling right now...It looks delicious!!!
Even though it's different from the recipe that i used but it's no harm to try a new ones isn't it?
